Introduction
Clive Kelly Safety LTD will make reasonable efforts to protect your personal information according to the GDPR regulations. The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to outline how we process any personal information you provide us using any of our services, and your rights regarding any personal data that we hold on your behalf.

Types of information we collect
Customer Information
Clive Kelly Safety may collect information that you voluntarily provide on our website (or directly from you) such as your name, company name, postal address, email address, phone number(s), postal code(s). This type of information will be referred to as Personal Information.
Visitor Information
Statistics and other site visitor information such as user IP addresses, browser types, demographic and geographic information and other statistical data are gathered when visitors use our website. This information is gathered by a range of tools (like Google Analytics and Bing Webmaster Tools). The data is not linked to a user account and as such cannot be linked back to any particular person.
This will be referred to as Non-Personal Information as this information is anonymised.
Definition
The ‘client’ in this document is any visitor to the Clive Kelly Safety website or any person who submits information through our site or any person who has registered on the Clive Kelly Safety website for who Personal information may be held.
Purpose & Use of Collected Personal Information
We do not actively collect personal information apart from login information to our website and information willingly submitted by visitors to the site through the use of contact forms.
Clients opt-in to our policies when they submit contact forms to us. This personal data is necessary to allow us to respond or contact the client back on the basis of their submission. Our policy is to use the contact information only for the purpose it is intended for and we do not retain this information for longer than we need to.
In the case of login information, we will use the personal information (username and password) provided by, or sent to, the client on order to verify ownership of the account. This information will need to be used if the client wants to delete a service on enquire about any data held against one of the services that we provide.
Clients can at any time request that personal data is deleted. This may require your account to be closed if the personal data that is earmarked for deletion is required for the operation of the service. Verification will be needed with any request for deletion of data.
Clients can request visibility to any personal data held against their account. Once again verification will be needed to verify the client before any information will be sent out.
Requests for personal information or deletion of information will be processed without undue delay or at most within a month of any user verified request. We have no control over third party information (like Google, Bing etc.). We cannot take any responsibility for the data stored on these services.
Information Accuracy & Retention
Clive Kelly Safety will take reasonable steps to ensure the personal information we receive is accurate and reliable for its intended use. We rely on the accuracy of the information provided directly to us by our clients through our website. We accept responsibility for managing and ensuring confidentiality of the personal information collected. However, Clive Kelly Safety cannot be held responsible to changes in personal information originally supplied to us e.g. changes to contact email address, postal address etc.
We will keep personal information only for as long as the services are active with us; or in the case of repeat business, for as long as the client allows us to keep the information; or for as long as the information is needed for us to comply with our legal obligations (in Ireland).
Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected is complete or there is no further legal or financial obligation to retain the information.
Sharing of Personal and Non-Personal Information
We will never disclose personal information to third parties unless the owner of the information has given written consent to this disclosure or we are required to disclose personal information to the Irish Police Force (Gardai), to comply with a summons, subpoena, an applicable law, a court or regulatory order etc.
We may disclose non-personal information to third parties or third-party applications where we are convinced that the data is not linked to any personal information and does not identify an individual person. The purpose of this information will be to measure overall user activity on our website for example number of unique visitors, general visitor demographic, site usage etc. in order to measure and improve our performance.
Security
While Clive Kelly Safety cannot guarantee the security of information on or transmitted via the Internet we will endeavour to use best practices and take steps necessary to protect the personal data on our servers wherever possible.
Right of Access to Personal Information
Clients have the right to access any personal information Clive Kelly Safety may hold on the client. They also have the right to correct, amend or delete any information they deem to be incorrect. Clive Kelly Safety will take reasonable steps to verify the clients’ identity before making any modifications to personal information or sending information to the client for security reasons.

Changes to our Privacy Policy
In the event that we may need to change our data processing and/or privacy policies, we will notify clients of the changes on our site prior to rolling these changes out. The client then will have a choice as to whether or not accept the change and can take the appropriate account action.
